New wine: Gran Castillo Sauvignon Blanc
A wine with a pale yellow color and a slight greenish hue, offering a fresh and elegant flavor profile where sweet fruitiness is nicely balanced by acidity. Notes of ripe and tropical fruits are also present in the aroma. Suitable as an aperitif, but also a great accompaniment to tapas, fish, seafood, rice dishes, and white meat.
